I breathe you, I taste you, I can’t live without you- Saliva

Day 3 of the challenge is to name three things you can’t live without. This one is easy-peasy! I always say there are two things I don’t like to live without (items) and the third would be my family!

Now, I think by now, everyone can recognize that I find sex important to a relationship, any relationship. It’s not just because of the sex aspect of it, though I’m not gonna lie, that is part of it. Any couple that has been together for a while can likely relate, but sex becomes routine. Too routine. Women have trouble talking about sex still in 2016, which saddens me, but the other day the hubbs and I were watching a new TV show, Casual. On the show, the main female has a teenage daughter and they are in a Sex Ed class in school. The kids, trying to mess with the teacher, ask him why “doggie-style” sex feels so good. The teacher carries on, nonplussed, and explains. I love that in popular TV today that we can bring sex into it fairly casually. The reason is because the less taboo something becomes to a society, the less problems it will cause. Keep it up! Talk about sex. Talk to your kids, they will find out, trust me.

The second thing I would never want to be without is cannabis. I have made no secret of the fact that I am a medical patient. Without cannabis, I wouldn’t be able to live my life half as fully as I do now. If you’re interested in my story, you can check out Stuck in Reverse. (Part 1)part 2, and part 3, as well as, Pour some knowledge on me. After having some major surgeries, one of which left me in a wheelchair for 6 months and another put me in a back brace for 6 months, I couldn’t live without it, nor would I want to. Thanks to cannabis I have almost completely given up prescription medications. I have almost no side effects from medication to concern myself with and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The last thing I couldn’t live without would be my family, the hubbs and my three awesome children. As I see my family grow it is a very strange feeling, but a great one. My oldest, now 22, is about to have his first child, with his lovely wife. They’re both in South Dakota with the Air Force. My daughter, now 20, is working on her nursing degree and dating a great boy. My 11 year old is becoming quite the little karate kid! I’m so proud of him and I love watching him grow up every single day. Lastly. the hubbs. I think my love affair with my husband is fairly well known around here. Does that mean that some days he doesn’t make me nuts?

Nope, it just means the nuts are worth it.
