Well, Day 10 and we finally get to a slam dunk. I don’t even have to think about this one really! Find the challenge right here. We’re to take the beginning Happiness is and finish it.

Happiness is spending time with my amazing son, who is now 22 and in the Air Force. Since he’s married and is about to have a baby (not to mention in SOUTH DAKOTA) I don’t get to see them often so when I do, it’s always wonderful and special. His new wife is a lovely little gal and I can’t wait to see them grow into a beautiful little family.

Happiness is seeing my beautiful, smart daughter, who is now 20. She lives with her boyfriend and he seems to be quite good to her and that’s all the matters to me. She’s just begun schooling to become a nurse and between that, along with working full-time at a Pediatric office and having a life, the short times I do get to see her are always nice. Luckily, she does live in the same city as we do, so I do get to see her more often than her older brother.

Happiness is my 11 year old son, a sweet, smart, loving child who makes me smile every day. He just graduated Elementary school and will be starting big grown-up Middle School next year! He’s growing into such a fun young man and I look forward to seeing the adult he will become as well.

Happiness is the hubbs. Happiness is snuggling in his arms at night. Happiness is when he texts me because he is bored at work and I’m the first person on his mind. When he comes home and can’t wait to tell me about his day and when he acts silly just to put a smile on my face, that’s happiness. What do all these and all the other wonderful happy moments boil down to?

Happiness is love.
